Fallon & Byrne have an exciting opportunities for part and full time bartenders to join our team in our Wine Cellar in Exchequer Street in the heart of Dublin city centre. Our Wine Cellar is a 100-seater casual dining restaurant with a list of over 300 wines for our guests to choose from.

We are passionate about exceeding our guests' expectations and our Bartenders are extremely customer focused and passionate about delivering a superior experience for our guests.

Our Wine Cellar has a late licence, serving until 1.30 am and our bartenders will be reuqired to work late hours.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all drinks ordered in an efficient and timely manner and to a high standard.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the bar at all times during your shift.
• Keep the bar continuously stocked from set up to breakdown and throughout service and to practice stock rotation at all times.
• Close down the bar at the end of the shift to a high standard and in line with company policy.
• Work harmoniously with all waiters and management.
• Take care of all bar equipment according to SOPs
• Cashing up the bar till

The Person

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a bar setting with a full cocktail list.
• Preferably 2 years of experience in a formal/high-end setting
• Enthusiastic, friendly, professional and approachable.
• Warm, vibrant, enthusiastic and welcoming to guests, and passionate about creating memorable experiences for customers at our bar.
• Ability to communicate well with and work harmoniously with floor staff and management team.
• Excellent product knowledge.
