The Bartender is responsible for providing superior guest service. Service should be consistent with Standard Operating Procedures. All duties and assignments are to be performed according to departmental and the company standards. Anticipate Guest’s needs and problem solving with great judgment skills. Correctly ringing into POS terminals all Guest’s requests, inclusive of all non-routine tasks, as directed, with Teamwork for all co-workers and Guests.

Principle Responsibilities and Duties

• Maintain a high quality of guest service according to Silverton Values.
• Check for proper identification of a guest appearing to be under the age of 30 years old.
• Thorough knowledge of applicable Company and departmental policies and procedures as well as the willingness to learn and follow any policy or procedure that may be introduced in the future.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of all bars.
• Handling cash and credit transactions at the point of sales system
• Mixing beverage, serving beverages, food, and amenities in all areas of the bar.
• Marketing and promoting specific events both on property and in public venues
• Consistently deliver exceptional service to every guest while interacting and entertaining in
• a professional manner
• Ability to initiate and maintain an upbeat and relaxed environment on a consistent basis
• Adhere to and enforce company specific safety policies
• Maintain a clean and hygienic work station in accordance with Clark County Health Standards
• Flexibility to perform other job related tasks as deemed necessary by management
• Adhere to all appearance and uniform standards.
• Maintain an open line of communication with Managers.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions with guest, fellow Team Members, and Vendors.
• Ability to accept performance feedback in a professional manner.
• Regular attendance to all scheduled shifts is considered an essential function of the job.
• Arriving on-time for all scheduled shifts is considered an essential function of the job.
