Person needed to help oversee the operations of the Durham Bulls Athletic Park. This position will be responsible for participating in maintenance of the stadium, overseeing the following elements: game day parking, security, EMS, seating bowl hosts, cleaning crew, inflatable games staff, and other game day staff.

Prior work experience in Minor League Baseball, specifically operations of a stadium or similar facility is required. Experience managing a large number of part time employees is essential; must work well with people and be able to handle difficult situations with tact.

General knowledge of maintenance equipment is necessary; must have the ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted and be able to work outside in extreme weather conditions. Multi-lingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. This position requires availability to work all home games which includes holidays, evenings, and weekends.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to work in areas and conditions that are often noisy, have many distractions, and in extreme weather. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to lift, carry and move with up to 50lbs in many environments including outdoors and in extreme weather conditions.
