We are looking to add BCBAs to our growing team. ABA Behavior Solutions is searching for experienced BCBAs who love using the science of behavior analysis to support children and young adults with autism.

General Responsibilities

We are looking for a BCBA to provide direct services and supervision to clients in our Wrentham and Natick center or in our client's home.

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA,) is responsible for providing direct ABA services to clients, providing clinical supervision, parent training, assisting in the development of parent training goals, creating telehealth curriculum for behavior therapists as well as providing ongoing supervision and training of behavior therapists.

‪ Qualifications

‪ Education: Masters in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field required.

Certification: Valid and current certification as a BCBA and LABA in MA. Must have completed the standards for supervision as required by the BACB

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $56,720.00 - $86,606.00 per year
