Beauty Sales Advisor

ADAMIS GROUP is seeking a part time Freelance Beauty Consultant to represent multiple areas of the Beauty department. Looking for people passionate about the following: Hair, skin, nails, makeup, and Fragrance. The candidate MUST have at least 2 years of experience as a Beauty Consultant in the retail cosmetic industry and strong level of experience working with skincare brands.

KEY DUTIES:

• Sales Driven - Proven history of strong sales results
• Luxury Department store experience is highly preferred
• Management skills
• Organization skills
• Customer centric
• Educate and inspire consumers on how to use skincare
• Communicative and interpersonal skills (attention to details, fashion trend oriented, smiling and joyful)
• Understanding the client needs (good approach on knowledge and sales techniques)
• Training and coaching in store consultants on prodts

EXPERIENCE:

The consultant must have at least 2 years minimum in the RETAIL COSMETIC INDUSTRY. This candidate also must have the experience training on brand expectations and building long term relationships with the stores. Preference for applicants with experience representing skincare brands.
