Description
Assists residents in maintaining proper and clean appearance. Assures residents' needs are met by willing employees (self or others). Completes bed-making for all assigned residents. Transports residents safely to and from the dining room and other activities in a timely manner. Helps residents with meals and in meeting dietary needs. Receives and shares information; observes and reports residents' conditions to appropriate staff. Responds promptly to residents' call lights.
Basic Responsibilities:
This position will be held accountable for complying with all related laws, regulations, company policies and procedures pertaining to his or her position and for fulfilling his or her obligations under the Pendleton Manor's Corporate Compliance Program.
