BEHAVIOR INTERVENTION SPECIALIST

ACDS, Inc., a respected, well known non-profit agency, is seeking a full-time Behavior Intervention Specialist for its Residential program comprised of 8 group homes and one apartment in Nassau County, NY for adults with Intellectual / Developmental Disabilities. Bachelor's degree in Psychology and experience with developing behavior support plans is required. Welcoming environment. Competitive salary.
Requirements:
- B.A. degree in Psychology (M.A. preferred)
- Experience developing behavior support plans.
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
- Counseling experience, both small group and 1:1.
- Experience working with I/DD adult population.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 per year
