Earn a $16/hour
As aBehavior Technician you will work one on one in our school/ABA Center settings, where you will have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of autistic/emotional support students who are all unique and amazing! Following each child's Individual Education Plan (IEP) and Positive Behavior Support Plan (PBSP), you will help the student achieve their academic and behavioral goals. Your dedication and empathy will help our students learn in a trauma-informed environment. In this role, you will be part of a team where you can have fun and be an integral part of our students' development.

Requirements:The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum of a high school degree is required.
- Completed Associates or Bachelor's degree (or degree in process) highly preferred - Degree programs of choice include Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Education, Human Services, Social Work, Special Education, Early Childhood, etc.
- Experience with children with autism in a professional work environment highly preferred
- Must be willing to work PRN/FFS (paid hourly - no benefits - not a full-time position)
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule between the hours of 8 am and 6 pm (Schedule will be set based upon client needs, your availability, and your preferred number of hours per week
