About Our Company :

Family Autism Care Team (FACT) is in need of a passionate BT/RBT to provide top-notch in-home ABA Therapy services to one or more of our clients in/near Chula Vista area. We currently have PART TIME hours available plus flexible weekend hours! If you are currently working with another agency but are still open to new opportunities, in most cases, we can make it worth your while and beat your current compensation!

ABOUT THE ROLE :

• This is a direct 1:1 role working with children, adolescents, and or young adults with
• developmental delays through the use of applied behavior analysis (ABA) either in the client’s home setting or in the clinic.
• As a BT/RBT you support the client by implementing the individualized plan, work on skill acquisition, behavior reduction, data collection, and family training. You are always supported in this role by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

WHAT YOU WILL DO :

• Deliver 1:1 client care in the home and community as appropriate through the modality of ABA
• Receive clinical supervision from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
• Conduct Care coordination with parents and other providers
• Attend staff meetings, clinical supervision, all clinical trainings, and any meeting requested from management
• Complete session notes and Data within ReThink (time of session)
• Maintain required billable ratio (dependent on full vs part time status)
• Maintain and adhere to all ethical guidelines put forth by FACT and the BACB
• Reply to emails within 24 hours

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU :

• Previous experience in the field of ABA or related field or desire to start in this field
• Clinical documentation or willingness to learn how to write clinical documentation
• Ability to build rapport with clients and their families
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Professionalism and ability to work in client homes while maintaining boundaries
• FACT provides training to become RBT Certified (Registered Behavior Technician)
• Reliable transportation to get to client homes and or clinic

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
