$2,500 Sign on Bonus! Delta Projects is seeking a master’s level or doctoral Clinician, licensure strongly preferred, to provide behavioral/clinical consultation and oversight to our residential and community-based day supports, based in Dedham but extending from Weymouth to Attleboro. The Clinician develops specific behavioral change plans for individuals and behavioral health protocols for target populations and identifies, triages, and assists individuals with both medical, as well as behavioral health problems within their long-term Department of Developmental Services residential home. In addition, the Behavioral Clinician develops individualized education strategies to support skills training in the residential program.

Qualifications:

· A Master’s or higher degree in psychology, social work or a related field is required. Licensure (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, LCSW, LBA) or certification (e.g., BCBA, BCABA) strongly preferred, with a minimum of three years relevant experience or training.

· Excellent professional oral and written communication skills

· Familiarity and proficiency with Microsoft Office

· Current, valid driver’s license

Pay: $67,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
