Seeking a highly skilled and motivated behavioral health clinical professional to help lead a state of the art residential treatment center on the North Shore of Oahu for girls who have experienced sex trafficking, sexual exploitation or are at risk of such. This professional will be part of a talented multidisciplinary team working together to expand much needed residential behavioral health services for these teen girls.

The most qualified person for this position will have extensive behavioral health training, knowledge and experience working with girls with significant trauma, including sexual trauma. A Licensed Clinical Psychologist or Independently Licensed Professional in Hawaii is required or the ability to be licensed within 90 days of hire.

This individual shall be able to work well independently and as a team member. communication with collaborating referral agencies, regulatory bodies and health plans.

This position must have at least three years of proven clinical leadership experience in working with teen girls or young adults with significant and complex trauma.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $110,000.00 per year
