LETS Therapy has Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per-Diem opportunities available to services the school -age and early intervention population in ALL of Pennsylvania.

Title: Behavioral Specialist or Licensed Behavior Specialist

Position Type: Contract

Location: Philadelphia County and surrounding areas

Hourly Pay Range: $45-50 per hour

Multiple vacancies exist for a Licensed BSC or LBS to work with our school-age population. These opportunities provide face-to-face support to our clients at home or at a neutral location.

Qualifications:

· BSC or LBS License

· Certificates of clearance from the State Police, Child Abuse Registry, and PDE FBI

· Mandated Reporter Certification

· Professional Liability Insurance

Position Functions:

· Develop and supervise individualized ABA programs for clients in the home and community settings.

· Perform assessments and develop treatment plans.

· Provide field supervision for clients as required by the treatment plan.

· Provide parent training.

· Maintain a positive working relationship with the client's family and respond to guardian questions in a timely and professional manner.

· Facilitate team meetings and collaborate with parents, team members, and professionals to ensure optimal client progress and outcomes.
