Job description

The Bell Captain is responsible for supervising the Bell/Valet Staff.

Will greet and escort arriving and departing guests to and from their accommodations. Retrieve and transport guest vehicles & luggage according to guidelines and safety standards Supervise operation of the Hotel's airport shuttle. Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner. Supervise, train and develop Bell/Valet team including scheduling, counseling and recognizing top performance.

Ensure team members have current knowledge of hotel products, services, facilities, events, pricing and policies and knowledge of the local area and events

Requirements include but are not limited to:

Prior Supervisory or Management experience at a property of similar caliber, prior hotel or valet parking experience is a plus for this position. Ability to demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Flexible availability to include late nights and early mornings.

NOTE: This position involves the safe valet parking of guest vehicles and operation of the hotel's airport shuttle - must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
