Eastridge Workforce Solutions is hiring a Benefits Specialist for a multi-generational, family owned and operated, wholesale distributor of fine wine, beer, and spirits. Our Los Angeles, CA, client is dedicated to offering a wide selection of wine, beer, spirits, non-alcoholic beverages, and glassware to licensed retailers and restaurateurs. This contract opportunity has a Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. schedule. For immediate consideration, apply today.

Responsibilities

• Manage volume - 500+ employees, open enrollment completed, so this person will be answering simple questions with employees and monitoring benefits email addresses.
• Will be covering the receptionist area from time to time
• Will be assisting with benefits management
• Evaluate job positions, determining classification, exempt or non-exempt status, and salary.
• Ensure company compliance with federal and state laws, including reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Strong Skills- Excel, HRIS systems (Paycom), and Employee Benefits
• ADP or similar system is OK
