SUMMARY:

Drives the golf cart over established routes to deliver food and beverage products to the guests of the Circling Raven Golf Course. The Beverage Cart Server ensures the full line of beverage cart products are available and displayed in an attractive manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drives cart to deliver food and beverage items.
• Sell food and beverage items to golf course guests.
• Collect money from customers, make change, and record transactions on customer receipt.
• Record sale or delivery information on daily sales record.
• Inform regular customers of new products or services and price changes.
• Listen to and resolve customers' complaints regarding product or services.
• Maintain cart and food-dispensing equipment and clean inside of machines that dispense food or beverages.
• Arrange merchandise in cooler and beverage cart storage cabinets.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of product on the cart.
• Compare total on daily sales record with amount of currency in register to verify balances.
• Ensure compliance with applicable alcohol beverage laws.
• Other projects and duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Experience:

• Must be 19 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver’s license is required.
• Six months previous customer service experience required.

Skills/Knowledge:

• Strong cashiering skills preferred.
• Must work well in a team environment.
• Ability to manage conflict and influence outcomes preferred.
• Strong multitasking skills required.
• Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and organizational skills preferred.
• Must be able to follow detailed instructions precisely.
