Royal City Tours is looking for a safe, professional and dedicated Driver Tour Guide.

Excellent interpersonal, hospitality and communication and driving skills are imperative to the position.

Easy-going, flexible and patient; not easily agitated (or at least not showing it!) Sense of humor; quick to smile, laugh and put others at ease. Friendly, warm, appreciative, hospitable, speaks clearly and at a pleasant pace.Professional, mature, and able to navigate guest interactions with ease and flexibility.

Responding to customer questions and requests, responsible for the safety of tour guests.
Maintaining professional demeanor and appearance. Providing excellent customer service to our guests.

Completing all required training. A willingness to study, learn, and educate others.
Attending tours until Royal City Tours staff determines the candidate is ready to lead tours.

Reliable and responsible; able to work unsupervised, make decisions and manage continually-changing situations wisely and professionally. Ability to execute with a high degree of professionalism and excellence, especially under pressure.

Good communication skills; promptly responding to texts, emails or phone calls

Dependable and punctual; showing up-on time-when scheduled and arriving at least 15 minutes prior to assigned tour time.

Guiding daily Tours as needed.

Guiding Private Tours for guests on an as-needed basis.

Good physical condition. Able to walk for 2 hour tour sessions in various weather conditions.

Attending required meetings for updates as necessary.
