We're looking for motivated insurance professionals with previous technical insurance knowledge to join our leading bid / project management team.

We will rely on you to:

As part of the IMPACT team, you will:

  • Be responsible for managing and creating bespoke insurance proposals / RFP responses for major clients and prospects, including some of the most prestigious and well-known organisations in Ireland.
  • Work with diverse teams from across Marsh to define the project scope, timeline and requirements, managing the entire process from pre-bid to debrief.
  • Challenge your colleagues to ensure best practice and drive new ideas.
  • Be a key member of a high performing function of the Marsh business, ensuring clients and prospects receive the best of Marsh.

What you will need to have:

  • A positive and personable attitude, someone who can lead by example.
  • Team working skills and ability to lead project teams successfully.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage at executive level.
  • Strong organisational, planning and analytical skills with the ability to perform under pressure and deliver to challenging deadlines.
  • Creative and innovative thinking.
  • Negotiating and influencing skills.
  • Accuracy with good attention to detail and ability to check work of self and others.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • CIP Qualified, (minimum APA required).
  • Ability to identify areas to improve efficiency, accuracy and analysis and suggest ways of improvement.
