• SUP & Saddle is looking for honest, hardworking, and active employees to work in our Coronado Ferry Landing location!

This is a fun, physical job where you will help in the store, set up rental bikes, set up rental kayaks and SUPs, and also guide tours.

Some working hours will be spent on the beach helping kayak and SUP clients launch in and out of the water, as well as loading/unloading kayaks and SUP in/out of the trucks and delivering them to the beach. A large part of this job is assisting with customers with bike rentals, bike setup, rental maps and servicing guests.

Job Duties: General bike assistance to customers, pushing out kayak tour & rental participants on the beach; reviewing the water map with kayak rental customers; assisting customers coming in and out of the water with SUP & kayak returns; cleaning equipment, opening/closing janitorial & shop duties; getting shop prepared for open and/or close; loading/unloading kayaks into trucks; providing basic customer service/FAQs to guests renting bikes, kayaks and stand-up paddle boards; driving trucks to deliver equipment; using then POS system to ring up customers and have them complete participation waivers.

Job Types:
Full and Part time positions available.

PERFECT FOR STUDENTS! MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS and we are offering flexible scheduling if you have a school schedule to work around.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

Bike enthusiast or bike experience, customer service skills, Outdoors/Sports/Watercraft experience, Water/Ocean enthusiast, Tour guide/Instructor/Leadership roles
