Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver Jimmy John's menu items quickly and accurately in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Ensure orders are filled accurately, and delivered to the correct address
- Be professional and courteous to all customers
- Follow all applicable traffic laws and safety regulations
- Keep accurate records of customer orders and deliveries
- Follow safety guidelines for safe and secure bike transport
- Maintain a clean, organized and functional bike
- Communicate with store personnel and management in a professional manner
Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent
- Prior experience in a customer service position preferred
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Must have a reliable form of transportation (bike)
- Must be able to stand, sit, and lift repeatedly and quickly up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to work in all types of weather conditions
- Must possess excellent customer service skills and be able to problem solve
- Must be available nights and weekends
