Requirements:

  • A high school diploma/GED
  • 1 year of customer service
  • Bilingual English/Fluent Spanish - Must be able to hold a full fluent Spanish conversation and type notes in English.
  • Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
  • Ability to attend a 5-week, full-time in-person training program
