Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative
Position Overview
Bristol is a rapidly growing healthcare management company and is currently seeking a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative that will work with a group of accounts and assist in customer activities. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, with an outgoing personality, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities - Customer Service Representative - Bilingual (Spanish & English)- Building strong relationships and connecting with your customers
- Answering in-bound and outbound phone calls from customers and employees with regards to account servicing
- Conducting follow-up calls to examine and ensure a resolution
- Remaining knowledgeable about client accounts, employees, and keeping customers well-informed
- Celebrating success, enjoying your work, and collaborating in a professional environment
- Fluent ability to speak, write, and read in both Spanish and English languages
- Availability to work one of the following shifts either full time or part time within hours of operation:
- Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm
- Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 7:00am - 3:30pm (part time)
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8:00am - 4:30pm (part time)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 + years of solid customer service experience
- Salary: $17.00/hr with opportunity of increase to salaried position after training
- Medical, dental, and life insurance, PTO, holiday pay, 401K
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking or CRM Systems
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills - with focus on customer service.
- Team-work oriented, self-directed with a high level of initiative and strong work ethic.
- Robust problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated process and project management ability.
- Quick learner and adaptive to change.
