Job Description
As an Bilingual Licensed Remote Inside Sales Agent you will be handling inbound calls and warm transfers driven in by other Liberty Mutual Agents. You will consult customers on their insurance needs and match the correct coverages, products and benefits to convert leads into customers. As you quote and bind policies for customers on the behalf of other Liberty Mutual Agents you will be building a relationship with both customers and internal agents.

Pay Details:
Average annual earnings range from $50K-$60K through a combination of base salary and uncapped monthly sales incentives.
Starting salary during training is based on an annual salary of $47,400 Unlicensed and $49,400 Licensed
Schedule Details:
Our Bilingual Inside Sales Representative positions are offered in the state of ID. Qualified applicants must reside in this state to be considered.
We are offering remote positions.
Paid training is (4) months for those with a Property and Casualty Insurance license
Product Training (Four Weeks)
Monday-Friday 09:00am-5:30pm (MST).There is an additional (2) Two weeks of training if you do not have an active Property & Casualty insurance license.
Onboarding (Three Months)
Month 1 – Monday-Friday beginning at 7:00 am/8:00 am (MST)
Month 2 – Four (4) weekdays and alternating Saturday beginning at 8:00am (MST).
Month 3 – Permanent work schedule begins. Permanent work schedule will be 10:30am – 7:30pm MST. Working Four (4) weekdays and alternating Saturdays 8am-5pm.
