This location is one of our strongest locations in the area. The majority of the customers that we support in this location are memebers of the vietnamese community, so it is imperative that our sales consultants are fluent in Vietnamese and English.

Job Description:

We are seeking a MOBILY LLC Retail Sales Consultant to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue. You will be able to work with the best portfolio of awesome products as services including wireless, connected car, wearable, and much more! We have competitive compensation with a base plus commission with no cap, incredible technology, a team of leaders with vast industry experience, and you get some great benefits along the way!

Responsibilities:

· Welcome and identify customer needs

· Explain products and services to customers

· Monitor inventory to ensure the product is in stock

· Enter and process customer orders

· Investigate and resolve customer complaints

· Meet and exceed sales goals

Required Qualifications:

· Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

· Ability to build rapport with customers

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Strong negotiation skills

· Ability to work retail hours such as evenings and weekends
