Job description

The Scribe contributes to administration of care management. Provides non-clinical support to the assessment and evaluation of members' needs and requirements to achieve and/or maintain optimal wellness state by guiding members/families toward and facilitate interaction with resources appropriate for the care and wellbeing of members.

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with Word, Outlook, and Excel
• A minimum of one year of administrative support experience in a healthcare industry
• Previous experience as a medical scribe/healthcare documentation specialist
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
• Thorough understanding of Medical Terminology
• Must be able to work at the Conviva Care clinic located at 10435 Vista Del Sol Dr.

Vaccine Policy

• Humana and its subsidiaries require vaccinated associates who work outside of their home to submit proof of vaccination, including COVID-19 boosters. Associates who remain unvaccinated must either undergo weekly negative COVID testing OR wear a mask at all times while in a Humana facility or while working in the field
