Heart to Heart Home Care is looking for experienced sales representatives with outstanding phone etiquette to join our Intake department.

Responsibilities:

• Must be familiar with a diverse platform of medical insurances.
• Actively and consistently supports all efforts to fully enhance the customer experience.
• Receive, review, and follow up with all referrals that department receives.
• Continually communicate with potential and current agency patients on a daily basis.
• Enroll and follow up with weekly case reports as needed.

Qualifications:

• Accurately completes all necessary paperwork to support daily tasks in a timely manner, including but not limited to: Ensuring smooth transition from referral to patient.
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls daily.
• Must be highly organized and have aggressive follow-up skills.
• Performs other duties as requested by supervisor.
