We are seeking a Billing Administrator to work in collaboration with our existing Administrative Support team at NOD. Core role requirements: -

The key duties and responsibilities will support our Management and Site based Regional Engineers across our Framework structures with billing, administration and coordination supports, while supporting our culture of continuous improvements across all aspects, procedures, procedures, and the overall site-based team’s experiences. Core tasks include:

  • Processing site-based team member’s timesheets expenses, and related costs/charges for collating to invoicing processes.
  • Project coordination and administration of site-based staff.
  • Producing high quality documentation (letters, reports, CV’s, minutes, agendas, memos etc.).
  • Coordinating meeting, diary management for Senior Management.
  • Responding to various administrative requirements In supporting an efficient and effective work practices across our sites.
  • Tracking and scheduling training requirements for Regional engineers/team members as required for induction or renewal/annual compliance training requirements.
  • Assisting with project accounting, payment certificates, drafting invoices and PO forms
  • Developing and updating standardised templates for reports and spreadsheets with fixed and locked formatting styles.
  • Digitizing and filing of incoming data/records, maintaining filing system (Scanning and carrying out OCR on documents);
  • Assisting in the collating and printing of documents.
  • Updating internal database for contacts details of clients, contractors etc. (merging duplicates, ensure corrects ones linked to each project etc.).
  • Ensuring Quality Assurance procedures and processes are implemented.
  • Assisting with other ad-hoc administrative and project requirements as required as the role evolves.

Skills, competencies: -

  • Minimum of 2 years accomplished administrative experience.
  • Proficient and competent using Microsoft computer packages - Adobe, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint is essential.
  • Clear and concise communication skills.
  • High levels of attention to detail with accuracy and efficiency in administration skills - essential.
  • Ambitions self-starter with high self-standards.
  • Positive attitude and approach to work, ability to view the wider opportunity.
