Who You Are

In this new and exciting role, you'll be working directly with C Space's client list of world-famous brands and Fortune 100 companies.

You have strong communication skills, are detail-oriented, and have experience working in a fast-paced environment. You are familiar with all facets of billing and vendor invoice processing, accounts receivable, and have knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and procedures. Most importantly, you work best in a collaborative work environment that is focused on excellence and customer satisfaction. As the Billing and Revenue Analyst, you will report to the Controller. This is a hybrid role based out of our Boston, MA office.

What You'll Do

In your capacity as the Billing and Revenue Analyst, you will:

• Assume full responsibility for client billings and cash collections (third party and intercompany)
• Set up billing details for new and existing clients based on their contractual agreements
• Record daily cash receipts
• Responsible for all client invoicing done on a month-to-month basis
• Own customer cash application and account reconciliations
• Monitor client accounts, identify and investigate non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities
• Responsible for Working Capital reporting for month end financial close
• Assist the Controller with monthly cash forecasting
• Responsible for Revenue by Client financial reporting for month end financial close
• Responsible for financial reporting on gains and losses of new and existing business for month end financial close
• Assist with maintaining and updating of project accounting system
• Prepare reports and schedules requested by internal and external auditors
• Create collection reports based on client's recent activities
• Verify client's credit history and set credit limits
• Verify and pre-approve billable expenses for Project Management teams
• Knowledge and understanding of using various web invoicing methods
• Responsible for corporate credit card management and reconciliation
• Responsible for vendor onboarding and management
• Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed

Desired Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2 to 4 years of experience in finance or accounting as a staff accountant or similar role
• Strong understanding of Excel, database and accounting systems (MS D365 or AX experience a plus)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with other departments in a fast-paced environment

Salary range: $50,000 to $55,000.
