We are incredibly excited to announce that we now have an open opportunity as our Billing Specialist at our Clinic Support Office in Silverton! This role relieves much of the stress surrounding getting kiddos getting taken care of. We are seeking another reliable person to join our fast-paced team setting.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the dental claim process from start to finish.
• Collect outstanding patient debt via phone, text, or email.
• Serve as point of contact for clinics with questions regarding patient balances and insurance.
• Verify and obtain complete and accurate insurance benefits.
• Track and report adjustments and writeups
• Actively create, monitor, and maintain patient payment plans.
• Respond to requests for information and correct errors with denied or rejected claims.
• Manage internal discount plan accounts, communicating with parents as needed.
• Communicate with parents to discuss cost, sending treatment plans as requested. Help guide them to get patients onto correct medical/dental plans, including specific phone numbers and instructions to call back once they have completed instructions
• Collaborate and support other departments, sharing information and resources when needed
• Other tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to details.
• Must be proficient with computers, good typing skills, and knowledge of Microsoft programs.
• Strong financial investigative skills
• Bilingual candidates highly encouraged to apply.
• Dental billing experience a plus
