We are seeking a skilled and reliable Billing Specialist to join our growing team in Tarentum, PA. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with mathematics, have excellent attention to detail, and possess exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Process customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner
• Resolve any billing discrepancies or errors
• Communicate with customers regarding billing inquiries and payment status
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, accounting, and customer service
• Maintain accurate billing records and documentation
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer balances
• Prepare monthly billing reports and analysis for management

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong aptitude for mathematics
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
