This position is for a Billing Specialist who can help our company meet our client's goals in a timely manner. Requirements include having at least 2 years of experience in EVV and PHC Billing, being able to multi-task, and the ability to adhere to State, Federal and Local laws and company policy. The ideal candidate will exhibit a proven work ethic and enthusiasm for learning new skills.

Responsibilities:

• Have a valid driver's license.
• Responsible for reviewing the EVV Visits, including any visit maintenance, prior to submitting a claim associated with the EVV Visits.
• Responsible for billing all payor sources our clients accept.
• Responsible to download ERA to ensure payments are posted.
• Responsible to troubleshoot any claims rejected/denied.
• Responsible to give reports regarding EVV/Billing Issues.
• Responsible to ensure of following Local, Federal, State Laws and company policies.
• Be able to work under pressure.

Working Conditions:

Works in a routine office environment. Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule and extended hours when required. The ability to travel locally and sometimes out of town.
