Lamson, Dugan & Murray is seeking a Billing Specialist to join our growing Law Firm. The salary range is $45k-$55k.

LDM also has a growing location in West Des Moines, IA.

About the Position/Key Responsibilities:

• The Billing Specialist assists the billing department with preparing client bills, uploading bills to multiple sites, managing budgets, processing appeals and following up on aged AR.
• Maintaining records on all open and closed files based on attorney direction and client requirements.
• Ideal Candidate Profile & Background:
  General knowledge of accounting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically in Excel.
• Detail oriented, organized, and the ability to work with all levels in the company.
