Pennsylvania Mountains Healthcare Alliance (PMHA) is seeking a Billing Supervisor for an onsite position at ACMH Hospital in Kittanning, PA. ACMH Hospital is an independent community hospital located in Kittanning, PA, approximately 40 miles north of Pittsburgh, PA.

The Billing Supervisor is responsible for daily operations of ACMH Hospital’s Patient Financial Services department and plays a key role in hospital-wide Revenue Cycle management. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, ensuring timely and accurate processing of claims, payments, and collections, staff supervision and training, and management of department budget and productivity. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of hospital billing, Medicare, Medicaid, 3rd party payers, and the associated regulations. The successful candidate will be a skilled communicator and professional with strong attention to detail, proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word, and a commitment to excellent customer service.
