Responsibilities
Electrical modelling works, level of information (LOD200 – LOD500)
Coordination of electrical containment with other services
Attending and hosting coordination meetings as required
Development of the M2 and M3 files, including working with linked models
2D and 3D Exports from Revit to PDF/DWG/NWC/NWD
Laser scanning, processing, RCP imports as-built model updates
Delivering the project to ISO19650 standards, as per the BEP and client requirements
Updating and maintaining the TIDP and all associated ISO documents
Working on own initiative and part of a larger team also
Reporting as required to BIM lead and BIM manager
Required Experience
Revit MEP certified
Electrical modelling experience, Revit 2020 onwards (Min. 4 years experience)
Clash resolution and coordination via Navisworks Manage (Min 4 years experience)
BIM360 Design Collab Pro experience + Autodesk Construction Cloud
BIM track / BIM collab experience preferred
Data center and/or pharmaceutical experience
Electrical trade background preferred or electrical / building services degree
Experienced in laser scanning (Leica), processing and RCP/Revit imports and alignment
Working knowledge of ISO19650 systems and processes
Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects when required
