Employer Solutions is hiring all Machine Operators to work for our company in the print industry.
**SEEKING OPERATORS FOR:
-Press Machine
-Binding Machine
-Folder Machine
-Inkjet Laser Machine**
Job Description:
- Read instructions from job jacket and assist Injket and Binding Operators with set up and operation of sheet fed press.
- Assist with making job ready by running samples to adjust print quality, registration, color settings and mixings.
- Monitor pH and conductivity of fountain solution
- Perform preventative maintenance on press such as lubrication, cleaning, and minor adjustments.
- Assist operators in using other pressroom equipment
- Assist in set-up of machines for operators
- Helps coordinate production jobs
- Clean and keep immediate work area neat and orderly
- Load Feeder with paper stock
- Fill out skid flags and packing slips accurately and completely
- Perform other tasks as requested by operators.
- Reads and understands the Job "Work Order" for instructions and specifications specific to the manufacturing of a job.
- Produces all jobs according to the specifications and instructions within the Work Order.
- Completes production time keeping records (Data Collection) via Print stream inclusive of logging time against the proper activity codes, quantity produced, and materials where applicable.
