Position Summary
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The position may involve some or all of the following.
1. Ability to conduct experiments accurately and in a timely manner
2. Maintain, calibrate and operate laboratory instruments
3. Assist in the setup and use of new lab equipment
4. Prepare experiments, set-up and assist faculty with laboratory classes
5. Enter, clean and analyze data using Excel spreadsheets and applicable statistical programs
6. Understand and practice lab safety protocols
7. Collaborate with undergraduate students on research projects
8. Performs other duties as assigned within the scope, responsibility, and requirements of the position
