Position Overview

The Birthday Party Coordinator is responsible for providing a positive first impression with guests who are inquiring about having a birthday party or event at Sky Zone. He/She works closely with the Event Sales Specialists, Operations Managers, General Manager, and events team to ensure all expectations of each individual party and group event are met and accommodated. Product knowledge is a priority. The Birthday Party Coordinator is responsible for educating guests on all of the awesome party packages and add-on items that the park has to offer, and suggestion items that best cater to the guest's needs.

The Birthday Party Coordinator has expert knowledge of the Sky Zone POS and Groups systems and is responsible for booking events and upselling add-on items to generate additional event revenue.

Job Responsibilities

• Respond to phone, email, text, and other digital inquiries about birthday parties and events
• Book Sky Zone events (birthday parties, school or church groups, corporate events, etc.)
• Complete confirmation calls to party parents/event guests prior to their event date
• Ensure that complete and accurate information is provided to guests
• Greet and check-in party and event participants
• Present a professional appearance at all times
• Assist with management of inventory of supplies
• Deliver the WoW guests experiences
• Set up/Clean up party rooms and cashier
• Filing duties, paperwork, and reporting

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
