Bryan Healthcare & Rehabilitation is seeking a Blue Sky living coordinator for our new program!
This position is open to all certifications including but not limited to CDP, CTRS, ADC, LPN, RN, LSW, or MSW.

We are interested in an individual who:
- Has prior experience in Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care
- Prior experience overseeing the day to day of a community, including planning and leading daily engagements
- Can multi-task and remain organized
- Has a positive and uplifting personality
This position is ideal for someone with a passion in Alzheimer’s and Dementia care. This individual will be the leader in this community and make sure that the day to day functions appropriately. A truly caring and passionate individual will be the perfect match for this position.
