We are currently seeking a full-time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst for 2023-2024 school year. Competitive Salary and Sign on Bonus!

BCBA Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing support for students, Kindergarten through 8th grade
- Conduct functional behavior assessments
- Develop and manage behavior intervention plans, including coordinating these plans with Diener administration, staff and occasionally with families.
- Write and maintain positive behavior support plans
- Oversee assessments, plan development, and ongoing program data analysis to ensure maximum student progress
- Clinically supervise Diener’s Behavior Assistants
- Oversee supervision for BCBA trainees accruing hours
- Attend weekly behavior meetings
- Develop and conduct staff and parent trainings as needed
- Remain current on new research and developments in behavior analysis
- Develop and manage data collection systems
- Assist with the training and orientation of teachers, support staff and other service personnel
- Participate in various IEP meetings
- Assist in communication with families and outside professionals
- Work independently and as a team member, making sound judgments and decisions in collaboration with Diener’s education program leaders, and effectively prioritizing work assignments.
- Oversee and maintain Diener-wide reinforcement systems
- Collaboration with Diener Specialists to integrate behavior analytic principles with the academic and therapeutic curriculums used by Diener – Language for Learning, Social Thinking, Zones of Regulation, Accept Identify Move (AIM)
- Organize and communicate work-related information to families and staff, in person, on the telephone and through electronic communication.
Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills)
- Master’s Degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or related discipline preferred.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Maryland State Licensure (LBA) – needed to practice in the state of MD
- A minimum of two years proven successful experience in implementing, designing and overseeing behavior analysis services for students with learning differences.
- Ability to communicate with and provide direct assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities who are having behavioral challenges.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
