Katmai Water Taxi, located in King Salmon, Alaska is seeking a qualified experienced captain for a 40 foot / 24 passenger jet boat. Katmai Water Taxi transports passengers back and forth from King Salmon to the famous Brooks Falls in Katmai National park. This is a cool dream job for the right qualified person. Jet boat experience is a plus. Housing and meals are included with the salary. Range is $4500 to $6500 per month, plus tips. Season runs from May 25-October 1.

Requires:

- 50 ton or higher USCG license

- Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 50lbs over and over, and be in decent shape, and able to read water and see clearly

- A love for wildlife

- Must be able to work well with others and be a good leader

- Great customer service personality

- Good situational awareness

- Takes safety of passengers and crew very seriously

- Ability to live and work in a remote wilderness environment with limited internet

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $4,500.00 - $6,500.00 per month

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Weekend availability
