Overview
The PM BOH Coordinator supports the Glenwood Place location by leading the restaurant through cleanliness. This position maintains elite/superrior status with all visits whether from Corporate, Steritech, Deloitte or the Fulton County Health Inspector. The ;eader provides vision, support, and accountability to his/her departmental team through participatory leadership. This role is full time, hourly position which demands a servant’s attitude, efficient multitasking, detailed strategies, and a team-oriented approach to exceed Guests' expectations while keeping all food product in temperature, eliminating pests, providing resources to prevent crosscontamination, and leading others to do the same!
Responsibilities
- Lead people and the business to reach all quarterly goals
- Meet Chick-fil-A standards for food safety, production, and speed of service times
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present product safely, quickly and efficiently
- Specalize in produce, catering orders, and cold product prepartion
- Collaborate with Inventory& Facilities department to maintain and foresee stocking needs
- Maintain order and cleanliness inside and outside the restaurant
- Keep up-to-date with new products/ initiatives rolled out by Chick-fil-A corporate
- Open or Close every shift (dependent on availability)
- Oversee date dots, waste, and Shared Table programs
- Support training of team members and lower level leaders
- Ensure guests receive the highest quality products, fast service, and a safe environment
- Steward Food & Paper Cost - Train and teach to prevent waste by following the DRIP model
- Other duties as assigned
