Come join the Cresco-Resco Restaurant Equipment & Supply team as Bookkeeper/HR Administrator. Cresco-Resco is a multioutlet retail store, in business for over 45+ years. The company’s corporate headquarters are in Fresno. Cresco-Resco is looking to hire an individual with bookkeeping experience, for full-time employment. Applicant’s should have strong organization and communication skills, as well as service experience, to assist our associates and customers.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
· Cash receipts oversight
· Maintenance of general ledger accounts
· Employee onboarding and record keeping of vacation, sick leave, garnishments, etc.
· Assisting in monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting
· Review, support, and correct daily closeout reporting at each location
· Assist with bank reconciliation
· Complete credit applications with vendors
· Support with payables and receivables
· Perform manual inventory counts
· Correspond and support company CFO and CPA
· Answering phone calls and emails including responding/ resolving customer inquiries
Experience
· Bookkeeping (5+ years)
· HR Administration (preferred)
· Payroll Administration (preferred)
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google
· Netsuite ERP Software Experience (preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
