Decatur Heat and Air Inc. is a second-generation company that brings over 40 years of experience to residential and commercial HVAC customers in the Wise County TX area.
We are currently looking for a bookkeeper to join our team.
This position is responsible for providing accurate and timely financial reporting, maintaining efficient internal controls, collecting receivables, and adhering to accounting policies and other company policies and procedures.
Work hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday to Friday
Pay scale: $20 - $30 per hour depending on experience

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of bookkeeping experience including tax reports
- Well organized and ability to work independently
- Advanced customer service skills
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
