We are looking for a Bookkeeper to help manage our office. The successful candidate for this position will have experience in managing financial records and is capable of multitasking effectively, working in fast-paced environments and staying organized. A successful candidate will be able to work with minimal supervision and learn new skills quickly.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain a balanced general ledger
• Maintain records of financial transactions
• Establish and maintain an accurate chart of accounts. Must have full knowledge and be able to communicate with the company's CPA
• Accounts Payable. Gather and create a payment schedule to vendors
• Prepare various financial reports for various departments
• Work with financial statements

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
