We have an immediate opening for a full-time Bookkeeper who will be responsible for maintaining financial records for multiple clients and report directly to the Managing Partner. The Bookkeeper role is perfect someone who is experienced but seeking a hybrid work schedule, or someone who is trying to gain experience in the accounting industry. This position will encompass a wide range of accounting-related duties such as downloading and coding transactions, account reconciliations, payroll management, sales and property tax filings, various administrative tasks, and assistance with preparing monthly financial statements. To be successful in this role, you need to have a basic understanding of accounting, be willing to learn new things and methods, be very comfortable with multi-tasking, and be entrepreneurial.
What you’ll do:
- Bookkeeping
- Payroll processing
- Invoicing and collections
- Bill payment
- General ledger management
- Build & maintain multiple spreadsheets
- Assist with administrative tasks

What you should have:
- 1-3 years experience in Bookkeeping, AR/AP or Accounting
- 1-3 years experience in QuickBooks, Excel and other accounting software
- Ability to work from our St John’s Town Center office two to three days per week
