Misaky.Tokyo is a luxury sweets brand started in 2019 in Los Angeles.
We make vegan, gluten-free, and additive-free confectionery that looks like crystals to create a more sustainable and equal world.
Although it’s been only two years since our establishment, we’ve collaborated with Kim Kardashian’s fragrance brand, we were the only Asian brand selected as vendors for the Oscars and Emmy Eve parties, and have 680K+ followers on TikTok.

Job Duties:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the company
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements monthly
• Run financial statements and reports
• Assist with budget preparation and tracking
• Handle invoicing and collections as necessary
• Assist CPA with tax documents
• Pay federal, state and local taxes as needed
• Process accounts receivable/payable and assists with payroll as needed

Qualifications:

• Proven bookkeeping experience
• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
• Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
• Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
• Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and QuickBooks
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
• 2-5 years bookkeeping and QuickBooks experience
• Able to commute to our office in Torrance 2-3 times per week

$25/hour - 10-15 hrs per week
