Position Responsibilities:

• Handle bookkeeping and payroll processing for small businesses
• Data entry of bank and credit card transactions, invoices and sales receipts
• Financial reporting (income statements, payroll reports, etc.)
• Establish professional rapport with clients to increase retention

Position Qualifications:

• Seeking motivated, professional individuals with 2 years of experience in QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online
• 2 years’ experience in Bookkeeping preferred Experience in Payroll Processing
• Keen attention to detail
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Superior customer service skills
• Flexibility for evening and weekend work as workload may demand

Salary Range Starting at $37,000 annually ** SIGNING BONUS- $2500 (must stay one full year) additional monetary incentives are available
