Job description
Full time Office Manager/Bookkeeper needed for a residential custom home builder in Lighthouse Point. Duties include: AP, AR, order office supplies, bank deposits, run misc. errands for the business as needed, and some permitting, and quarterly meetings with corporate accountant.
Ideal candidate will have direct experience in contracting or construction, knowledge of Quickbooks and M.S. Office Suite, basic bookkeeping processes, some payroll experience, and knowledge of city permitting processes.
Must be able to work independently and be highly organized. This is a great opportunity to work for a friendly, flexible (but very busy) well established business. Benefits include paid sick, holidays and vacation; no health insurance coverage at this time but we are looking into it.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
