Always Compassionate Home Care is seeking a Home Care Recruitment Branch Manager who has knowledge and understanding of the healthcare industry. This role would be best filled by a person who is well versed in full cycle recruitment, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring qualified employees.

Role & Responsibilities:

The Home Care Recruitment Branch Manager would oversee the current PCA/HHA Recruitment team to meet the company’s goals and its outreach activities. This role’s primary responsibility is to make it possible for the team to identify, screen, interview and hire qualified health care workers whose duties in the field make it possible to fill current contracts ACHC has throughout the New York area.

This role will report to the Director of PCA Recruitment to ensure weekly goals are met. This will allow our Intake and Staffing teams to schedule necessary care for patients. This position will enable business growth by hiring and credentialing field staff. The ideal candidate will aide in identifying new avenues to assist in bringing in the sheer volume of healthcare professionals to support our staffing needs.

  • Develop community outreach strategies for region to promote brand and drive recruitment including but not limited to Career Fairs, College and local Home Health Aide training school outreach.
  • Supervise branch recruiters and onboarding specialists to help meet the company’s weekly goals.
  • Develop job specifications based upon new and current business needs.
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards.
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, aptitudes, and skill sets.
  • Develops and executes creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent including direct sourcing/cold-calling, networking, internal referral generation, job fairs, internet and intranet postings and resume searches.
  • Onboard new hire for them to become fully integrated.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during recruitment cycle and at specific periods after hire.
  • Motivate and support staff to strive to be the best they can be.
  • Assist the Onboarder and Recruiter in your office when needed.
  • Create a positive and healthy work environment within the office.
  • Work together as a team with involved departments.
  • Perform any additional duties assigned by your direct report or an executive team member to support the business needs of the organization.

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of recruiting experience in a health care organization and clear understanding of homecare agencies.
  • Proficient in team management - explicitly with coaching, development, and influencing results.
  • Willing to travel between the two office locations, as needed.
  • Deep understanding of sourcing techniques and platforms.
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office 365 including Excel.
  • Familiar with current technology - Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting software; UltiPro a plus.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple requisitions and projects simultaneously.
  • Professional communication and organization skills.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Reliable, organized, and able to work independently.
  • COVID-19 Vaccine and booster if applicable.
  • Bachelor’s degree REQUIRED

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
