Job Summary

This is a member relations and service position in the credit union. The purpose of this position is to act as the primary contact with the membership, to conduct all service transactions and account needs. This position represents the primary image of the Credit Union and therefore, the job must be performed in a pleasant, accurate, expedient and service-oriented manner.

Responsibilities and Duties

The primary function of this position is to assist Coastal Community And Teachers Credit Union live our Mission. One of the primary means to achieve this is to be an effective team member and develop the highest potential skills received from coaching and leadership.

Qualifications and Skills

6 months cash handling preferred. Requires mathematical and communication skills normally acquired by a high school graduate or general education degree (GED). Represent the credit union to members in a courteous, professional manner at all times. Provide prompt, efficient and accurate service in processing transactions so that the result is member satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
