We are seeking Highly Motivated Individuals to become Seasoned Marketing Reps in the beautiful Pacific Northwest!

This Position is Responsible for Lead Generation - Scheduling Free At Home Estimates for Residential Homeowners. A great stepping stone to a career in Sales - You will be the Face of the Company as a door-to-door canvasser, becoming a fearless Face to Face Communicator, Setting High Quality Leads! We are looking for the next Top Producer!

Responsibilities Include:

· Attend Daily Meetings highlighting productions and sales

· Constantly be improving your Pitch. (we provide in-house training with an Industry Leader)

· Work at a Fast Pace - Knock a High Volume of Doors

· Work in a Team Environment (be competitive and have fun)

· Be a Self Starter - A Highly Motivated Individual!

· Produce at least 5 Leads Per Week

Qualifications Include:

· Previous Door to Door a plus

· Previous Sales a plus

· Love the Outdoors - this is an outdoor position - Rain or Shine (bring it on)

· 18 years of age or older

· Dependable Transportation to and from our Auburn office· Driven to Succeed in a Marketing / Sales Environment.
